We finally made to the Triangle, and are enjoying our new rental home we are in the process of trying to make it feel like home. I am looking for fabric stores, besides the usual Joanna or Hancock to buy some of my furnishings fabric. Basically discount fabric stores where I could find reasonable priced fabric (twill, brushed cotton, curtain fabric, pillow etc) for cheap. Any suggestions, I am sure there are fellow seamstress/hobbyist in this forum.

TIA.

My favorite upholstery fabric stores are Mill Outlet Village Mill Outlet Village, Full Line of Fabrics, Foam and More. Raleigh, North Carolina.
and Printer's Alley Printer's Alley, Inc - Greensboro, NC - Interior Design / Fabrics

But for really inexpensive upholstery fabric, check out Discount Fabric Warehouse. Fabrics For Less - Discount Fabric Warehouse in Raleigh NC (http://www.fabricsforless.com/discount_fabric_warehouse.html - broken link)

Thanks for the suggestions, much appreciated. I will be heading to the Just Linens and Discount Fabric Warehouse today. I hope I find some good deals on slip covering material, as I need quite a lot of it.

Thanks!
