Howdy all. I would like to know how many showings a typical home in the Triangle gets in its first week of being on the market at this time of year. What is the average number of showings? Thanks!

It's all going to depend on a couple of factors.

1. Location
2. Price

You could have as many as 10 in a week or as little as 0. It's got a lot to do with if you're in a desirable location and if your home is priced to sell.

Good Luck!

Right.
When buyers sense value, they come out.

Also, MLS members can pull data on showing stats in general areas and price points.

Our niece has been working with quite a few buyers and has been showing her different buyers and average of 3-4 listings a week...

I can't believe you have a PC36100 Tapatalk, I am jealous Mike...
