I just checked out the website for Bedford at Falls River (swoon!). I'm curious what the commute would be like to downtown and to RTP. Thanks!

Not sure about downtown, but it is around 30 minutes to the RTP in light traffic. I have never driven it in the mornings, but we have in-laws in Falls River and go over fairly often. I would guess maybe 40-45 minutes during rush hours.

We really liked Bedford, but the commute was a deal breaker when we were shopping.

I live right next to Bedford, and commute to close to RTP (just past the airport), it usually takes me about 20-30 minutes in the morning leaving around 7AM. In the evening, 540 slows a little bit, it takes me about 30-40 minutes.
This moring I neeeded to go to downtown, left around 7, took about 20 minutes to get to downtown.

I live right next door to Bedford (I can literally see Bedford homes out of my Bedroom Window). I drive downtown to work everyday and it takes me between 20-25 minutes. I have only been out to RTP a few times for work related events. I was out there last week for a meeting and drove home from RTP around 5:00. The drive took me 35 minutes (But I think this could vary depending on where exactly in RTP you are talking about).

Hope this helps

Downtown right about 20 to 25 minutes thats about right. RTP depends but the 30 minute estimate to perhaps 40 on a unusually slow day.
