Has someone been to this salon for colour? Did you find it really good?
The reviews on another site are excellent, but I'm so nervous about going to someone new.  And yet, I *have* to get my hair done. |

I go to Samuel Cole salon-excellent. It's in N. Raleigh off Newton Rd/Six Forks. I recommend Jack (owner), Erica, Carly, or Sara--all are extremely good.

I go to Salon Kroma in Cary and see Emily. I get my blonde highlights done every two months with her and they always look perfect... a sunkissed look! You will love it there. They are all trained at the Toni & Guy institute.

I'm seeing Emily as well! Oh, good, now I feel better. That's what I want, sunkissed, nothing chunky streaky or something like that.

My wife goes to Kroma, Looks Fantastic! The girls there are some of the best in the area.

Back from Salon Kroma and I LOVE what Emily did for my hair! I've been getting highlights for no less than 23 years and this may be the best ever. Love it.
She is a doll! Gorgeous, funny.
Very glad I went there.
Now for a good dentist and family doc, and then good massage therapist...and esthetician. |

Foils, indeed! I'm always amazed that I've been getting foils for 23 years and it hasn't really changed at all, not in method certainly!
But Emily is great and I'm so thrilled with my color and cut. She was fast, too, ime, it has taken about 3.5 hours for full head highlights and cut. She was done in just under two hours.
Great place!

Isn't Emily great?! I was there Saturday for mine and she also does my Husband's hair. To be honest though, everyone in there seems really good.

I just had a terrible experience at Salon Kroma. I guess that isn't the norm based on everybody's posts but I've been getting my hair colored for over 10 years now and have never been displeased until now. Maybe it was just my stylist, I had Blake.
