We've been searching for a good mongolian restaurant since we moved here (not crazy about Crazy Fire). This place is fantastic but everyone on Yelp says the same thing - its always empty in here!

Anyone know what's going on? I really hope this place succeeds.

Yes, it is good. There have been 2 other restaurants that have failed in that same spot. One was a barbeque place and the other was a pizza joint.. can't remember the names. They were also good but I guess didn't have the traffic either.

In addition to the location, the name really sucks. I just moved nearby, and am ALWAYS looking for places to eat. First, it is tucked away on the back side, away from the street, and really not in great view of the HT, second, the name does not tell you what it is. I saw it, and said "Hmm, probably another sandwich place with a few unique items." Didn't realize what it was until I got a BOGO coupon in the mail this week.

Thanks for posting, maybe I'll give it a try...

They need to do a much better job of advertising....Cary is screaming for some more diverse cuisine....owners, the market is there, wake everyone up!!

Cary has quite a large amount of diverse cuisine, IMO. Indian, Middle eastern, Mexican, Czech, Cuban, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Turkish, Afghan and African just to name a few! (and BTW, those Mongolian places are not actually Mongolian cuisine).

Anyway, that particular spot has never been a good place for restaurants. I think that shopping center sees a better lunch than dinner. The Cary Cafe and the Mexican place are always packed!

Better selection of ingredients, chicken was much better at GrEAT, the restaurant is only 6 months old so it looks a lot more fresh.

For anyone from Boston, this place was very close what you get at Fire & Ice.
