I'm looking for a hair salon somewhere in Cary, Morrisville, Apex area. I get highlights and have straight hair. I've looked online and it seems like prices are pretty high around here (Cary). Looking for someone who is affordable (under $115 for highlights and haircut). If someone has a great recommendation in Durham or Raleigh I'd gladly take those as well!
Check Mitchell's...they have locations all over. They have $25 cuts on Tuesday.
They "rank" stylists so depending on who you end up seeing will be the rate you are charged (except if you get a $25 cut). They also do a sale week twice a year for 25% off anything...it used to be quarterly but they have reduced to twice a year now...next time is May. So, I'm able to save on highlights and products then too.
I see someone in a Raleigh location but I'm sure you can find someone you like closer to home. Just try a few different people on $25 Tuesdays, that is how I found the girl I see.

I completely agree. I go the Mitchell's at North Hills in Raleigh and highly recommend them (all of their locations are good). It can be costly. She charges $90/highlights and $40/haircut. However, like the above poster mentioned, you can go on tuesdays and get it cut for $25.
I go to Mitchell's in Cary (Preston) - I'm really happy with the person I go to, and I only pay $35 for a haircut.
