It quite ovious from some posters above who understand what gay friendly means. It not about the sex life or just working out the legality of getting a home and isnt about their personal history.
It also involves a realtor who is familiar with the gay community. Who can recommend a neighborhood that they will feel more comfortable in. Can suggest areas that are popular with those of similar interest. This way this potential home buyer can enjoy their home and their community.
