Looking for a "drop in" class for Kettlebell training. Not looking to join a gym. Any suggestions preferably in Raleigh?

Yeah, I found that one through a Google search. It's not a drop in class, they want $199 a month and insist you come 3-5 times a week. I was looking for more of a once a week class for $5-10.

Thanks though!

I don't really have a resource for you, but rather some insight.
You do have the right idea to get proper training on kettle bells.

I bought some very good vids, and various kettle bell weights and took the "do it your self" approach.
It went fine for many months, but I later ended up hurting my shoulder.

If I had to do it all again, I'd get training on proper form before starting.
It's an intense form of exercise.

I loved it - Cardio and weight training wrapped in 1 great workout.
I'll check back here to see if anyone has suggestions.
Good luck to you.

Stay away from this place if you value your $....

This is not the place to air " dirty laundry" , so all I can do is say with conviction to avoid box2bfit and Rick Harper like the plague.....

Nasty place!
