The dryer spins, but doesn't get hot. I assume it's the heating element (checked the breaker box).

Anyone had any luck with an appliance repair person? I'm in Holly Springs.

Thanks in advance.

We had good luck with a guy recently when our 25 year old Kenmore washer started acting up. I don't have his card with me now, so I'll PM you when I get home. We live in Swift Creek area, and I think he lives off of Ten-Ten, east of Holly Springs Rd, so you should be in his area.

I'm so sorry HS_DUDE. I forgot all about this. Here is the name of our repairman.

Just Right Appliance
Appliance Repair | Cary | Raleigh | Apex North Carolina

Unfortunately, the reason that I remember this is because our washing machine (24 yr old Kenmore top loaded) finally gave up the ghost this morning.

Thanks for the responses. I just wanted to update with who I went with so that it could be searchable for the future.

We went with Steve's Appliance repair.

Affordable Appliance, Heating and Air Condition Repair, Steve's Appliance & HVAC, Appliance, Heat Pump, Furnace Installations, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, North Carolina

Prompt service. He came out that day to look at the dryer and tell us what was wrong. He had to get the part but was back the next morning to repair it. No service charge or charge to look at the dryer. The part and the labor was all we paid for.

Would definitely do business with Steve's again (although hopefully I won't have to!).

We tried Steve's and were left high & dry.
Called Wednesday & were told someone would be out today to look at our washing machine. I even called back today to reconfirm. No show & not even a phone call.
