Weldon Ridge by Orleans (Green Level, Cameron: homes, school, subdivision)

Hello All,

I just put down for a lot in a cul de sac at the Weldon Ridge Park...I have done my home work when it comes to school and neigbhoods...and I loved the Orleans homes for my budget. Now one thing i completely didn't take into consideration was this 540 expansion. Does any body knows how far it would be to the sub division? Or better yet...can anybody point me to a proposed link of 540. Thank you in advance.

It would be a shame if 540 comes within a mile to the subdivision....

540 will come thru about a mile to the east of Weldon Ridge. If you come down Carpenter Fire Station Road from NC55, 540 will cross CFS directly after Cameron Pond.It will be east of Green Level Church Road as it travels south.

Is this firmly funded? I thought there was no more money allocated and toll roads were being proposed.
