The agent we used to buy was more intersted in money than service. I do not think those kind of people last long
At the same time, my friend who used another agent was very happy with him. He was quite impressed with the work this agent did throughout the buying process

We can all hope that the second agent prospers and others emulate him.
And there is always room for agents like that, IMO.

Money is good but finding the right home at the right price for your client no matter if it is 100k or 600k is what really matters. I really get a trill from my first time home buyers and most of them can only afford in the 100's and no more than 200k.....but the happiness that their new home brings to them is the best. I once had a seller that thought because his house was 600+ he deserved more attention than my 100, 200 or 300 listing......NOT I told him flat out in Debbie Forghetti's book you are all treated fairly and the same. Needless to say he went with another agent.....NO PROBLEM!!

This is commendable.

Totally agree with Mike. I love what I do and I do hustle but that is the name of the game. It doesn't come to you, you need to go to it. There are so many people coming to this area everyday that there are plenty of room for good agents. Agents drop off everyday and if your a go getter and hustler you'll do good in this area. Good Luck with everything!
