McKinley Mill Neighborhood -Raleigh (house, schools, subdivision)

Any good info on the McKinley Mill subdivision in Raleigh? Looked at a home there over the weekend. Seemed nice enough, just was curious if anyone had anything extra to add?

Almost built a house there in 2001. On Deering Drive, near the back of the cul de sac. They liked our idea, so the builder (Beazer) built it anyway, as a spec home.

Wound up building in Wakefield. The schools at the time were better.

They're all built on slabs, IIRC.

ps. There's a small, private cemetery on Deering Drive. If that sorta thing concerns you at all.
