Check out Ticon Properties. Indigo in particular has a super short commute and is really close to Brier Creek for shopping. People that live here mostly all work in RTP. Prices are reasonable and they offer incentives sometimes for leases. We've gotten various offers on our door for cash back with a lease or prorated rates. Even if not that complex, that area is just wonderful to live in. Tons of grocery stores, super walmart, super target, I can't even begin to say all the stores/restaurants that are in Brier Creek which is only minutes from tons of apartment complexes.
