New development in Holly Springs (house, park, business)

I have a question that I hope someone can answer. We are in contract on a house in Holly Glen in Holly Springs. Does anyone know what is planned to be built directly to the east of Holly Glen. I know that Holly Springs business park is to the east of Holly Glen, but would like to know if there is going to be a connecting road from Holly Glen to something else. There is a dead end side block next to us that now has signs that say future road expansion.

I believe they are Mccar homes so if they are STAY AWAY!! As far as the road being a connector I am not sure.

Your builder should be able to tell you what that road will connect to as well as what will be built there. If not call the city of holly springs planning division.
