The Neuse River right by Falls Dam where people launch their canoes. Just up to the left and across the river is the old textile mill that is now condos. Sometimes you'll see the water as high as the top step! We LOVE that spot....it was our doggies favorite spot too!

I also think it's the Falls Damn canoe input. Was there 2 years ago with my daugter's middle school class.

Where ever it is, its absolutely gorgeous. I love the trees. We have quite a bit of beauty here in Hawaii, but the trees and streams there are a much different beauty.

NRaleigh Mom and Lamishra got it right. It is the spot by Falls Dam where people launch their canoes. Just off Falls on Neuse Road before the bridge.
