Curiousity got to me and checked out the apartments going in on S Miami Blvd across from the McDonalds. Woodfield Creekstone is the name of the complex...rents range from $960-$1405...leasing consultant told me they are filling up quick...I imagine many people will want to be closer to work or if they're here on assignment +/- a year...

I agree, not a location for a "view" but the ideal location for commuting via vehicle or even walking to work in some locations, like Imperial Park or if you work on Miami Blvd in that vicinity.

Just my $0.02

Slightly off-topic, but slightly related - I've said this before - I never understood why a lot of nice homes/neighborhoods never popped up on the Hwy. 54/55 area where the Big Lots, Food Lion, old Lowe's Grove, etc. and surrounding area is. Being close to RTP, seems like that area would have been RIPE for a John Kane-type North Hills-style revival. I really would have thought this area would have EXPLODED - this area is a short trip from RTP.
