It looks like you can find them at Logan's Trading Co (http://www.logantrd.com/2011/camiellas - broken link) in Raleigh, because they have them on their website.

I've seen them at most nurseries in the area as well as Lowe's and Home Depot.

In my experience, most decent nurseries will source any plant you want.
