I'm trying to find out the most current up-to-date information on the lesbian clubs in the area (if any). I know about Legends and The Bar but both are mixed crowds, usually mostly gay men.
I'm trying to go out this weekend with a few friends and take this girl out that I'm vibing on (lol). Don't know where to go! Just moved here recently and I'm not into the nightlife generally (If I go out every 4 months that's a lot).
I mean, most of them are not bad looking but I wouldn't say they're high-end strippers if you know what I mean. There's a place off Yonkers Road, used to be called Thee Dollhouse but it's something else now, and that's the "fancy" strip club for this area.
I'm not a frequenter of strip clubs (just not my cup of tea), but both of the aformentioned clubs are primarily "gentleman's clubs". In other words, they are strait (not lesbian) clubs (not that there's anything wrong with that) ;-)
I am not aware of any lesbian clubs, but I wouldn't be, so that is not to say they don't exist....
(Eva, I know you are married, but I am sure you have made some lucky guy very happy. Any woman with your vast array of knowledge has GOT to be A-OK)
FWIW, the bar downstairs of Pure Gold (Harrisons) is one of my favorite watering holes. Great beer selection, great food, and a good atmosphere. In my experience, the staff has been great too! I was there last night until 11.
haha believe it or not it's usually my husband and friends that I end up going to Pure Gold with! We only go once in a blue moon but it's usually after a night at Harrison's that we end up there haha.
I am kind of surprised: You mean that it's still socially acceptable to be straight?
How often does one get the chance to turn a Seinfeld Quote upside down. I thought it was pretty funny. (No more debate on it here though, there is a political forum forum for that.)
