How about a rec. for the eye exam to get the prescription?

Great doctor and will give you the PD number on the script if you want it.

EyeDeals Optometry on Green Rd (close to Capital in N. Raleigh). Any eye doc will give you the prescription if you ask for it, as it's law, but yes, you do need to be sure to get the PD.
