We are quite possibly moving to RTP end of aug. from what I hear closer to Raleigh. We will be relocating with a bunch of pets. I want rual but short commute. For us anything under 20 min is considered short but hubby will go 45-60 depending on location and home value.

So list of wants, I need rual, I want a pony in the back yard or a barn close for boarding. I figure horse property won't mind pets either. I would love to lease a small boarding facility or a small personal equestrian center. Six stall for personal use would be fine. Need a ring and turnouts ect. This is a dream place so rual close to an awesome boarding facility would be perfect.

Anyone know of realtors that handle this type of property! I also want to use said realtor for buying once we figure out the area for purchasing the same type pf property. We plan to buy but need to get a feel for the area first

Oh yea need a kind of big house too. Three bedroom two bath min. We are in 3000 sq ft now and really would like to ba able to fit the furniture we have vs storage. If not we can deal with it until we buy something.
Thanks
Tammy

Reading your other posts, I think your rental will be harder to find than your purchase will be.
I would toss N Chatham County into the mix, too.

20 minutes may be tough.

I'll add the usual caveat that realtor recommendations are NOT allowed on the open forum. If anyone has any suggestions, please send them to the OP via Direct Message.

Thanks!
