Hi All,

Will be relocating soon. Is anyone living in or know of a 3 month lease for an apartment in or near the Cary, Apex, RTP area? Small is ok. Unfurnished. Outlying areas ok too. All replies are appreciated. Price ranges??

Thanks
Frank

There are quite a few options listed on Craigslist that shorter term leases are negotiable. Most of the apartment communities also have negotiable lease terms. You will expect to pay a lot more per month with the shorter lease. How large a space do you need and what's your price range on rent?

Default Camden Properties

I think all of the Camden Properties apartment complexes do 3 month leases. Check out camdenliving.com. My husband and I were all signed up for a 3 month lease at Camden Westwood? in Morrisville off of Morrisville Parkway and Weston Parkway (a mile away from Cary) before we found our house. Their prices fluctuate alot, so keep an eye out. We were going to rent a 3bedroom apartment for 3 months for a little over $800 a month and the month before they were renting the same apartment/term for $1300. They explained it was all based on their computer/availability. You can actually check out prices and availability on their website first.

You could try Marquis at Silverton in Cary. I think they offer 3 month leases.

Talking Trellis Pointe in Holly Springs

In Holly Springs near to the border line with Apex there is this place called Trellis Pointe. They have 1,2 and 3 bedrooms apartments.
When we relocated here 5 months ago we rented there for 3 months. It a nice place.

Olde Townes at Carpenter Village has short-term leases, and the apartments were nice. There is a one-bedroom townhouse with an attached garage, no less, and a variety of other sizes/types of apartments.

The location is good -- easy access to the RTP.

There are also some nice, smaller townhomes available in the neighborhood, as well. Check out Block & Associates at nchomerentals. I think I saw a few town houses available. These would come with two-car garages as well. I am not sure if they will offer a three-month leases, however.
