I recently moved into the ravenstone community into what I believe to be a hancock floor model home. One of my outside faucets barely has any water pressure while the rest of the house is fine. I have searched all over and can't find any information or help about the location of shut off valves. I'm thinking one to this faucet is partially closed.

They are sometimes in the crawlspace adjacent to the exterior faucet.

It's also likely their is no separate shut off for them. It's not that common around here from what I've seen. It may just be a bad valve and need to be fixed or replaced.
