Go to craigslist: raleigh / durham / CH classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events and look in the apts/housing section. Search for keywords like Five Points, Cameron Village, Glenwood South, Inside the Beltline, etc. to find available rentals in the downtown area. I know that there are two For Rent signs on Boylan in the area where we live.

Try where I live, Northridge Crossings in North Raleigh. Doggie or cat monster is welcome unless an aggressive dog breed. Normally are vacancies.

Also, Montecito in North Raleigh where my daughter lives. Older and cheaper but good maintenance.

Try apartmentratings.com and sort by highest rating.

Default I know of a place.

Bobbie,

I don't know what price range you are looking for but the house down the street is really nice and the owners are getiing it ready to rent out ASAP.

It's not in Raleigh though - it's in Cary.

It's a big house and it's $1500/mo.

There are 2 huge pools/clubhouse/exercise room/gym, etc...for the neighborhood to use.

Let me know if you want more info.
