Drove by Devon over the weekend, and saw at least 4 "For sale" signs on the same street. We also saw what appeared to be an empty lot for sale. Looked it up online and saw that there are 7 houses for sale, 5 of them on the same street. This subdivision is not that big, can anyone speculate as to what is going on?
Well observed. There's actually 9 for sale on the same street in this community. I think the street is "Wyn...". At least one is under foreclosure proceedings.
I know! Some of these are like 9,000 sq feet! Holy Cow!
There heating and cooling Bills are probably more than my mortgage! I don't begrudge the wealthy, but I am curious what the residents of that neighborhood do for a living!
One of the Hurricane players used to live there but I'm not sure if he still does.
We have several friends who live in that neighborhood. They are very comfortable, but not obscenely rich. They do tend to be top level execs and very well connected folks...

Gorgeous!
Still seems like a deal compared to over here in So Cal. Something like that would be in the 7-9 Million range easily. Beautiful homes and area!
Responding to the new Jr. Member "Milf Hunter" your name says it all. No respect. Sounds like your jealous of those who have earned a home of this magnitude. Way out of my range, but still can appreciate them. I bet you would be the first one to buy something like this if you could, you know for all those "trophy" wives you want, but can't have.
