Orleans most definitely. If the wife and I weren't budgeting ourselves for the purpose of buying a vacation home and for retirement we would have gone with Orleans. Floor plans are better, they are built better and they end up looking better overall. KHOV is not too bad but they make you upgrade EVERYTHING just to get a decent home.
