Look at Renaissance Park off Tryon Road. The development has lots of younger retired age people and young professionals who want closer access to the city amenities without getting a condo downtown. Our neighbors were friendly and the development management holds events often. Prices run 140s (townhouses) to higher 300s (SFH).
