We are looking into Campus Edge and it seems nice. We are also looking at University Apartments. Has anyone had experience living at either one? I would also welcome other suggestions. We do not want to spend more than around $550 with utilities, parking and furniture included. We only want the ones that each bedroom has a a private bathroom and a pool would be nice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

$550 for a furnished apartment AND utilities included? I'd inspect that place for bed bugs before signing the lease.

Regardless of price, that is on my list of things to do!

The Preiss properties (University Woods, etc) rent per bedroom, so that is what you see as an advertised price. My daughter was there for a year or two. The apartments were OK and she was happy. They do get a lot of wear and tear from the students.

Ahh yeah I lived in one of those though it wasn't furnished. I have to say Preiss company was one of the worst rental agencies I have ever dealt with in my life but their housing is pretty cheap which I guess is what keeps them in business. The random roommates in the other rooms definitely led to some interesting life experiences
