Meridian at Wakefield are beautiful apartments with resort-like amenities. W/D included where many in the area charge $40/month for this. Also included are internet and cable TV. When you factor these included items in, the rent at $985 is competitive. Being fairly new, about 3 years old, these apts are up to date with gorgeous countertops, tile backsplash, tile floors in kitchen and bath, and tiled shower. FR has tray ceilings. Not sure what you are looking for, but a 1 bdrm with a sunroom is very spacious and the sunroom (with french doors) acts as a 2nd spare bdrm. The reviews were not great so was skeptical but couldn't disagree more with the negative posts. I love it here!

Well. I disagree completely having previously lived in the Mini-City area 8 years.

The entire area has become awful and the former Dominion complexes are at a new bottom level of hell. Outside appearances can hide a multitude of woes.

Avoid all Mini-City apartments if you want safety.
