Default How much are you looking to spend?

There are a lot of nice subdivisions but you need to narrow it down at least by price...

That's right.
There are tons of communities with swim/tennis opportunities.
Are you paying $200,000, $500,000, or a cool million or more/

New construction, or resale?
Older resale, or within the last 10 years?

Preston communities, Weatherstone, Lochmere, MacGregor Downs and MacGregor West, (http://www.flickr.com/photos/mikejaquish/sets/72157600670879756/ - broken link)all in Cary, are all resale communities.

L'Hermitage at Beaver Creek in Apex is new construction, just starting to get rolling.

Ae you in the area?

The Wake County 2007 Parade Of Homes starts tomorrow, and will showcase many homes and communities for you to consider.

Most of these on Mikes list are also Golf communities as well. There is another new community they are building in Holly Springs that I know if a golf course community but I am not sure about the Swim/tennis aspect. The name escapes me as well????????

12 Oaks is the new golf community in HS- the welcome center is almost finished and there are some permit boxes on lots.
