Google research indicates it will be a Walgreens.

I swear I saw something about a Bojangles and Sheetz somewhere in that area too. But I may be imaging things as well.

This is the best/most detailed info that I could find. . . . . .

Garner to get new Walgreens, restaurant - Triangle Business Journal

And I did see a mention that Sheetz is planning a store at this corner as well. . . .

I live off of TEN TEN and go by there everyday and I've been wondering what was planned for that corner. A friend had told me a few weeks ago that it was a Sheetz, but the amount of space they are clearing is way more than is needed for just that, so reading that article posted above clears it up a little. They could easily fit a Sheetz, Walgreens and another couple of buildings in that space. Word has it Sheetz was also looking at the corner of 401 and Banks Rd which is just a little further south, and if memory serves..the last time I drove past that area it appeared some earth moving had begun, but I doubt Sheetz would build in both locations since they are so close. I guess we'll wait and see.

of course it will be a Walgreens....there is a Rite Aid across the street. We need a CVS, Rite Aid & Walgreens at every intersection in the Triangle
