Carolina partners is good. In Cary, I'd ask to see Brett Maher (she's female if that matters to you).
She's excellent snd easy to talk to. They have a website : Carolina Partners in Mental Healthcare has Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants, Therapists and Wellness Professionals

The do offer CBT. They have psychiatrists and psychologists there and offer a variety of services. However, they do not accept insurance and it's fee for service, although they will file insurance as a courtesy.

I don't know much about C3, but Carolina Partners has a large number of non-MD therapists, so it would logically follow that some would offer CBT.

Go fill out the intake form on the Carolina Partners web site. Looks like they'll call you back to schedule an appt. I'm sure they can answer your questions there.

That said, if you have no insurance, have you considered county mental health svcs? They do operate on a sliding scale.

Just a thought. I know they do CBT there. I have a family member who has used their services.

C3 has their fee schedule on their website.3-C Family Services
If you have no insurance you might to look into county services like Meh mentioned. Therapy is not cheap, even WITH insurance!
Triangle Family Services also does sliding scale fees and is a non-profit: Triangle Family Services but I think you have to qualify.
