Anyone have anymore recommendations? I've gotten quotes from several companies in the area and most are $140-150/hr plus same fee for travel. I did find one that is only $125/hr+travel fee so I'm tempted to go with them. This is for a very local move.
Any experience with these?

Go back and read the many accolades for TROSA. And stop worrying - they are great and you'll be charged fairly. Remember - the hourly fee for the cheaper one is probably only 3 guys, while the $15 more/hour is for FOUR guys. It's a no brainer. Go with TROSA.

3. :: DC Movers LLC :: : 299 for 3 hours

Any reviews in them? or recommendation for movers.

Found couple of on Craigslist who would do for like $75 per hour. But I don't have any reviews on them. Should I use them.

The places are 19 miles apart.

They are: ddsmoving@gmail.com and KEITH with ELECTRIFIEDMOVERS

This is really what we have : We are on 3rd floor, no elevator. One queen bed, nightstand. 6chair+dinning table, one Crib, one 4feet drawer chest, a full size mattress and box spring, One 3 sitter sofa+2 sitter love seat, 1 coffee and 2 end table, one TV console. 32"LDC flat screen TV (Tv hs its original packaging), Home theater system. On top of that we will have moving boxes.
If you rent and drive a UHaul, they have affiliate links to labor on their site.
It is a bit of a cumbersome site, but I would certainly consider it for a small local move.

And failing that, TROSA has many satisfied clients.

I had to move some office stuff and TROSA was booked. I tried Craigslist, and the responses were so unprofessional, I dropped it.
I went to the UHaul site, and Cary Moving Services was available at a fair price. At the last minute, I grabbed the HS kid across the street, strapping lad, and we did the move with a UHaul. (Thank goodness for a freight elevator.)
But, Cary Moving Service was willing and has good reviews.

DC Movers moved us yesterday and we were very impressed. The pricing was reasonable and the team- led by Steve-never stopped. We highly recommend them.

This. TROSA absolutely ROCKS, and it's a very good cause. They moved my then-78 year-old mother a couple of years ago, and we were extremely please. Very courteous and careful. They're not allowed to accept tips, so I got a bunch of sausage and chicken biscuits for them at Bojangles, which made them very happy. I think the crew leader actually got a bit choked up about it.

We used Cary Moving for help with unloading our truck. We handled the loading and driving ourselves. We found them through the the u-haul web-site's link to moving.com. They had many great reviews. I set it up online and quickly got a confirmation call. Due to our travel scheule I had to change the time they were coming to unload the truck and they were more than accomodating. We had scheduled for 2 guys come(small move) they were prompt, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. I plan on using them again soon.
