Hello,

Can anyone please recommend a good townhome complex in the Cary/Apex/Morrisville area? I am looking to pay 800-1100. I am looking for quiet, most importantly, and safe townhouse. Something family friendly. I don't want to wind up in a complex with too many college students (due to fear of late night parties). I would also like the townhouse to include a small yard and washer/dryer.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much!

I'm guessing renting from that price range?

How many bedrooms are you looking for? I'm not sure you're going to find a townhouse in this area in that price range. Most of the townhouses in West Cary start renting out around $1200-$1300. You may find something less expensive in Central Cary, but I was assuming you were looking further west since you also mentioned Morrisville and Apex.

I wouldn't worry too much about college students in townhouses in Cary, Apex and Morrisville. I live in a townhouse community on the Morrisville/Cary border, and it seems like most of the townhouse communities around here are inhabited by families who moved here and are renting until they figure out where to buy, empty nesters or young couples.

If you give us some more info on your criteria, we could probably help you narrow down your search a bit more.

In Breckenridge off Davis in Morrisville, there a a few different townhome communities. Not totally sure, but the prices they sold at should mean the rent could be close to your range for any that are being rented.

You may be able to find rentals in that price range at Camden Village in Cary Park. We rented a 4 brdm townhouse for $1300 and the 2 bdrms were much less.

I think most college students would find Cary/Apex/Morrisville way to boring to live there.
