Usually I just bring my own music everywhere. When I'm sick of my stuff and need something new, it's 88.1 most of the time, occasionally NPR, and very occasionally 96.1 if there's just nothing on the first two.

I haven't listened to the show since Kristin left.

Digging up a very old thread and I've never loved this radio program, but did Bob and his team get in trouble for something? There's literal no actual talk when I head to work between like 8:30-10:00. I remember they got in trouble for some drinking stunt they pulled where Erica was taken to the hospital like last spring, but that's all I could think of...

They were talking this morning. Are you sure you're on the right station?

I wasn't clear. I should say there has been super minimal talk and a ton of music in the 9-10 hour.

Oh, I can't speak to the 9-10 hour. I'm at work by then.

I've noticed the same thing. Between 9-10a there is very little talking, just music mostly.

I've never been a fan, but I have noticed that the local radio scene has gone a bit wild of late (96.1's format has changed over the years, but the most recent change has me rather confounded - I think they're shooting for 'popular in the 90s no matter what genre'?). Perhaps it's the beginning of a change for the station?
I guess I'm way outdated in terms of converting to newer music means

Ok now I know its not just me. I take my kid to school at 9:15 and I notice it is very little talking. No one else I know listens so I had no one to ask if it was new format or just the last hour. Was a huge Bob and Madison fan back in the day. Erica and Pnutbutter seem like nice girls but professionally have no place in a large metro radio market. I honestly figured it wasnt much talk cause they really dont have much to say. Oh and the god awful commercial endorsements, I refuse to go anywhere and say "pnutbutter sent me". Bob is an a** but it used to be funny and controversial now it comes off as ignorance and desperation. IDK but a shake up or all around change is sorely needed on the showgram. I miss Mike too..The girls know their place so there is no real debate or challenge to Bobs absurdness.
