Do you have kids in elementary school? I know at least some of Upchurch Farm is districted for Davis Drive and Carpenter which are both top schools. I don't know about Weldon Ridge.

Are you talking about a resale or the new part built by KHov. It would probably be personal choice on that one. They both have ammenities. I believe also that it is Davis Drive base. Upchurch Farms has the freight train line near it especially the newer side. It is more in the flight path. For now, you will be closer to shopping at Upchurch until that West Cary area is more developed but it is growing rapidly. Both are convenient to RTP. Weldon Ridge is on the outer edge of the flight path. 540 will come around in the future but I think you have more to worry about with neighborhoods like Highcroft, Cameron Pond and Greystone. Good luck.

Yes, that is the one by KHov.
By the way, what do you mean I have more to worry abiut with neighborhoods like Highcroft, Cameron Pond and Greystone? Are they all schools? I heard that highcroft is a good elementary school too. I have a 2 year old now. Any good daycare center near weldon ridge or upchurch?

Below are several things that I am worry about:
1. One thing that I am worry about upchurch is that the lot we reservced is in between "Jenks carpenter road" and "collins road". These 2 roads are pretty busy, aren't they?
2. we have a wet land in our backyard, which we don't know will be a plus or not.
3. Another concern I have is the quality. I visited one house that was on the market in providence place. I was really disappointed about the quality. The house was built in 2007. But we heard the floor squirking several places on both upstairs and downstairs. I am not sure this is just one house or is the same to most of the houses built by KHov.

Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks!

The poster was talking about the new 540 being built close to Cameron pond and Greystone. THey where stating that it should not be a concern to homes in Weldon Ridge Arbor since it is on the other side of cary park.

See map that shows projected development

I think that's Kids R Kids. Those are usually very good. I think they allow the parents to watch a secure video feed.
