Does anyone have any suggestions on a restaurant that can comfortably sit 50-75 people (maybe alot less than that) in Raleigh? Anywhere. Downtown, North, etc.

Fixed menus are fine, just someplace that can actually split the bill amongst everyone.

Tir Na Nog, Humble Pie, Sitti, Caffe Luna, Oxford, Buku, Solas, Lucky 32, Tribeca Tavern, and An off the top of my head.

When you say split the bill, you mean split everything evenly or each person pays for whatever they ordered? The latter gets very tricky with a group that size and you'll definitely want to consult with the restaurant on that option before making the reservation.

1. Casa Carbone on Glenwood...good Italian food. It's in a strip mall so the size is deceiving - it's really large inside with several rooms.
Welcome To Casa Carbone

2. Angus Barn

i agree with all of those restaurant suggestions & the suggestion about speaking with the restaurant about splitting the bill. my guess is that most of them will not split the bill that many ways for a party that large & will instead require one bill. perhaps you could have people bring cash to split the bill?

I've had office parties of about that size hosted at The Pit and Casa Carbone. I'd be reluctant to do Casa Carbone again - their restaurant is dimly lit, dingy, and dated (as is the back room for large groups) and their food was just so-so. Sullivan's may also be able to accommodate your group.

Thanks for confirming that! We did an office party there too but we had at most 15 people in the banquet room we were in. I figured they could accommodate more but I wasn't sure!

I agree it's dimly lit and a bit dated but I think their food is pretty good. Ask 5 people where to get good Italian food and you'll get 5 different answers. Is it great? No, but from someone who is from somewhere that is 70% Italian with great Italian restaurants on every corner, I think it is better than most places around the area. I had someone tell me I HAD to go to Casalinga on Capitol Blvd....BLECH. Same for Daniel's in Apex.
