There are a lot of flat-fee places you can get listing on MLS. I think someone suggested iggyshouse.

Under MLS rules, consumers do not have MLS access. Only a broker that is a member of an MLS may list a property on that MLS. I have friends that have used mydogtess.com but it seems like the rates are the same as those offered by my broker (either $500 flat-fee or 1% to them and 2.4% to the buyer's agent).
I have a lot of good things to say about my real estate broker, so if you're interested (in either the flat fee or full service), just DM me.
I have it on craigslist/MLS/realtor.com...anyone know of other good sites to put it on? I want to sell quick as my new house is moving along rapidly!
Is there some reason your realtor hasn't come up with some good ideas? If you don't have one, maybe you might sell quicker if you get one.
