Where do they start blocking off Kildaire for Lazy Days? Would it be feasible to park at the old K-mart and just walk over to the festival? I don't really feel like fighting for parking/traffic.

Kildaire gets blocked off right at Walnut.

Park at Cary Towne Center by Sears...a shuttle runs from there to Cary Elementary every 15 minutes.

The weather has been perfect for the festival today! It's been a ton of fun. I'm about to head back out for the final hours

I spent almost 3 hours walking around but didn't buy much. I found a great gift for my son and DIL for their anniversary. The weather was perfect...a little breeze, mid 70's and no hot sun beating down on me.

I went around 10:30am, and it was packed. There were already bottlenecks in the foot traffic! It was neat to see all of the vendors (and the chainsaw carvings!).

We just got back and spent some money! However, I was able to get some really unique holiday gifts for family members in other states.
