Hello! I've been on the hunt for the perfect first house/condo/townhouse for a while now and since my search is starting to get a bit more serious (looking to purchase within the next 4-6 months) I think it's time to finally nail down the right realtor. I have a pretty good idea of what I want-- close to downtown (or in downtown if i could find something in my price range), preferably ITB but not discounting the newer developments in SW raleigh/cary border, or something close to north hills. Any recommendations for a fabulous buyer's agent? PM me please!
