With all the posts here about Fuquay subdivisions, I was surprised not to find more about Parker Pointe -- immediately to the west of Southern Oaks and Carriage Heights. It appears to be building rapidly. Builder is Royal Oaks (Raleigh); prices are relatively low for large-ish homes, so these are not likely to be the world's highest-quality homes. I've been looking at Fuquay communities, and Parker Pointe is on my list of places to check out tomorrow. If anyone has first-hand info to share, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

We love Parker Pointe! We've lived here since Nov. and couldn't be happier. We actually built a home with DR Horton in Summerdale and walked away from our earnest money once we saw the PP homes. The quality is much better and you get more bang for your buck. And I just cannot say enough about the neighborhood, we love all of our neighbors, very child friendly, safe, and just a perfect place to raise a family. If you have any other questions about it, PM me and I'll be happy to answer them. Maybe we'll see you around the neighborhood tomorrow!

I've never seen either subdivision, but I'd imagine almost anything would beat DR Horton.

Lol...so true! We loved our DR Horton home, until we realized it was pretty much a box with nothing fancy in it. I drive by Summerdale now and am amazed at how run down it is! I'm so glad we followed our heart and bought with Royal Oaks!
