Dancing in Raleigh (neighborhood, live, club)

Hi all,

My fiancee and I are both in our mid-20s and are looking for a place to go dancing. Both of us dislike the club atmosphere so we're looking for more of a romantic/classy place. Unfortunately, most of what I've found going back and searching on this forum and Google has been nightclubs. Does such a place exist?

What kind of dancing are you looking for? Are you into Salsa or more of a swing dancer?

I would look at the Irregardless Cafe in Raleigh. They have live music on Saturday nights and clear tables off the dance floor and open it up for dancing. It is definitely not a nightclub and the musicians are very good. Lots of jazz too.
