Whole Foods would be cool.

That would be a good idea.

Even the SAMs in Morrisville was a good 40¢ more expensive for gas than the Costco in Raleigh. I need cheap gas!

Not quite:

From gasbuddy.com 11/9/2012: Morrisville SAMS $3.32
Raleigh Costco $3.15

If they are building another grocery store, it's not a Super Target? Will it be a smaller Target with no groceries.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm part of a weekly email list from the Cary mayor and in it it mentions the following tidbit:

Projects Under Review

Emails from staff this week include several projects under review. Some of the projects submitted since the beginning of May include:

73,550 square feet of commercial at NC 540 and NC 55.

Looks like it is for something called the Alston Town Center Phase I. Any ideas what that means?

From what I can gather it looks like a proposed shopping center similar to and just south of Parkside Town Commons, all part of the larger "Alston Regional Activity Center."

Alston Regional Activity Center
