Can you tell me anything about the homes and neighborhood of the Copper Creek sub-division? Thank you.

Copper Creek is located in Southwest Durham. There is a pool and playground in the neighborhood that is covered by the HOA dues. The community is centrally located within minutes to Research Triangle Park, Duke, UNC and RDU Airport. Area shopping at The Streets at Southpoint is only a mile away.

Year Built: 2001 - 2004
Sq. Ft. : 1428 - 1750
Lot Size: .10 - .17 acre
HOA: Yes Pool, Playground

Unless you meant Copperleaf?

What kind of questions do you have?

My husband lived there before we were married, so I spent quite a bit of time over there. The yards are incredibly small, which I guess is good if you're not into doing lots of yard work. There are sidewalks through the neighborhood. There is an HOA but (as of a few years ago) doesn't seem to enforce a lot of rules. For instance, there were often houses that were in need of a little more frequent yard care. No major infractions that I recall though. Feel free to DM me with more questions, and I can ask my husband about more specific questions you might have.
