My husband lived there before we were married, so I spent quite a bit of time over there. The yards are incredibly small, which I guess is good if you're not into doing lots of yard work. There are sidewalks through the neighborhood. There is an HOA but (as of a few years ago) doesn't seem to enforce a lot of rules. For instance, there were often houses that were in need of a little more frequent yard care. No major infractions that I recall though. Feel free to DM me with more questions, and I can ask my husband about more specific questions you might have.
