The third is near the Old Well at UNC Chapel Hill, the last is is the old Lassiter Mill. It's off Lassiter mill road below North Hills, right beside Root Elementary.

Heather and William are at the old well at UNC. http://www.unc.edu/tour/LEVEL_2/well.htm

The last ones look like Lassiter Mill.

There are also a lot of parks around DT Raleigh that would be good photoshoot spots - Pullen Park, Dorothy Dix, Fletcher Park, etc.

The last also reminded me a little of Pullen park. There are a lot of good backdrops in Pullen Park.

You can find several opportunities for nice settings at the Black Creek Greenway trailhead off NW Maynard in Cary.

Conveniently, these parks offer good parking for a family outing, and easy access if you have family members with mobility issues.

The first one with the rock wall is Joyner Park in Wake Forest. The park has open grass fields, long rock walls, several old farm buildings, a pecan tree grove, a small structured garden and a couple of bridges.
