Besides the city and YMCA, what are other options for full-day summer camps for kids aged 6-10 years old in and around Apex?

Thanks.

Carolina parent publishes an updated list summer camps sometime in February I think. However, you can still browse the list they have up now and you can search by area: Directories, Camps, Day Camps | CarolinaParent.com

Camp Kanata is great. I sent my kid for day camp year before last and then lost him for a full week of overnight camp last year. Not Apex though.

My son has really had a fun time at Net Sports day camp.

I have also done day camps at Kids r Kids of Morrisville which was great. I went for convenience because my pre-schooler goes there already but my 8 year old had a lot of fun. It is a bit more expensive but they go on a cool field trip every day and food/drink is included. Also have much later hours than traditional camps as well.

Do you guys have any suggestions for academic type camps in Holly Springs/Apex/Cary? The YMCA camp was great, but if I can get a little more balance to the summer, I'd like to.

There's a day camp at Laura Duncan park. Crafts and outdoor activities. Inexpensive too.

In south Cary, at the church on the corner of Kildaire Farm and Penny. There is a full week Lego robots camp in late August for kids. I signed up my 8 yr old son last week.
