It would be very nice to have a 3 day weekend. Either Sat.,Sun,Mon or Fri,Sat,Sun.

The company I work for has their route servicepeople on such a schedule...the rest of us, work 5 days though.

I have a friend who works for the State of North Carolina. She works 4 ten hour days and has Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Not exactly in Raleigh but I work in RTP at a IT firm and work on 2nd shift (Sun-Wed 1pm-midnight).

I could do it if I wanted to work 10 hour days the other four - but I go out of my mind sitting in that one quiet room, staring at a screen all day for eight...I just cannot do 10.
