Does anyone know of any local restaurant that makes and sells their own fresh, uncooked pasta?

I've called a few of the usual suspects (Daniels in Apex and Twisted Fork in Raleigh, etc) but haven't gotten any positive responses.

Yes.
I saw a nice display at Earth fare in Brier creek. Also try Antonio's Gourmet Market
You can ask this place too: Piazza Italia

Stan, you are indeed the man!

Good stuff here -- especially like the looks of Antonio's website. I'm on the other side of town from them, but it looks to be well worth the drive.

I would call first - I don't remember seeing fresh homemade uncooked pasta at Antonio's.

Antonio's Gourmet is now part of the Village Market which is a store in Lafayette Village, just south of I540 on Falls of Neuse.

You're right - You'll find lots of good stuff there - I just don't remember seeing fresh uncooked pasta.

There are lots of restaurants in the area that make fresh pasta. A lot of them have catering services - it is conceivable that they may sell to you in quantity if you asked like Gravy (mentioned above), Bella Monica, and 518 West.

I have also gotten fresh pasta from a small local company that is very good. It comes frozen mainly for transportation/selling purposes (I get it through Papa Spud's although I have seen them at several Farmer's Markets):
Melina's Fresh Pasta

Dur'm Pasta Company sells at the Durham Farmers Market on Saturday. Not sure how far that would be for you, but maybe its an option.

I second Melina's Fresh Pasta -- i have gotten raviolis through papa spuds and also at western wake farmers market

you might be able to place an order with them so they have it set aside rather than taking your chances...

What about Capri Flavors on Morrisville Parkway? They aren't a restaurant, but an Italian grocery that sells a variety of stuff.

Excellent thought, many times you will make, cook and eat fresh pasta if you sign up for a cooking class. Titina's classes are great fun and their distribution/retail business has the best selection of genuine imported Italian products in the area.
I don't believe they have homemade fresh pasta for sale, but certainly worth a look.
