I would appreciate recommendations for a handyman, either an individual or a firm, for a townhome in North Raleigh. This is for various small, odd jobs - not for a big project. My prior handyman developed health issues, so I need a new recommendation. Prefer someone who has some of his own equipment (e.g., ladders, tools), since I have very little, and someone who doesn't mind doing a bunch of small jobs and climbing on a ladder.

Thank you in advance!

I just used Sam Ungaro - he works on weekends only, but he did a great job and was very reasonable. I had him do some small random things like recaulking and hanging window treatments. I think he does a little bit of everything. His website is Home - WeekendWarriorzNC

Thanks for the recommendation - he lives right in my neighborhood!

Many of you know I inspect houses and buildings for a living, so I am pretty discerning when it comes to handymen. One of my oldest friends has his own business making repairs after spending many years as a construction/warranty manager for a large builder. He is very reasonable, very trustworthy, and can fix about anything (and has every tool to do it with). Glenn Howell (Howells Professional Services) 919-390-8156.
