yeah, maybe. You had just specifically mentioned Chapelboro and the OC in your previous post, like there wasn't already one at all.
I would say that most people in the Chapelboro city limits are less than 10 miles from the Hillsborough Walmart, so I can't see why that would stop them from shopping there. It's not like there's going to be one on Franklin St. anyway. That's not really how Walmarts work. As far as the OC's "anti-growth m.o." goes, there are plenty of commercial, chain, and franchise businesses in the OC including: Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, most big grocery stores, Trader Joes, and most fast food restaurant chains. Anyway, this could all be it's own thread. The OPs original question was answered.
