Hi all, my house has these funny problems...
My deck is cantilevered way beyond what it's supposed to be, so I need to add support at the two far corners. Do you have a recommendation for someone to do that? It's a pretty small deck. I've gotten some estimates that are all over the place and unfortunately the cheapest never came through.
Other strange issue - I have a privacy fence that cuts off the property and there's no gate. I'd like to create a gate out of one panel, am toying with doing this myself but ... I never seem to do it.
